New version now includes Single-Serve, Espresso and Commercial Bypass Brewing Modes

ExtractMoJo™ combines the world's first coffee analytics software application with two new coffee and espresso refractometers designed to read coffee Total Dissolved Solids (%TDS) and espresso Total Brew Solids (% TBS) directly.

ExtractMoJo software is designed for ease-of-use, and provides all the tools needed for brewing to internationally accepted Gold Cup standards.

ExtractMoJo works with all common methods of brewing coffee, including: Single-Serve (Melitta, Chemex©, ABID Clever), Pour-Over, Vac Pot, Auto-Drip (both home and commercial), French-Press, AeroPress™ and Clover©. The new version announced this week at the SCAA 21st Annual Exposition also includes Espresso Modes, an industry first.

The ExtractMoJo bundle is a complete coffee design solution that calculates and charts the required brew formula per selected strength preference (% TDS). The brew formula line, as well as the design and measurement points are plotted directly on a new Universal Brewing Control Chart, which is compatible with all standard units of measure, including Metric and English, weights and or volumes, which may be user specified in any combination.

ExtractMoJo™ ESPRESSO Mode
In a significant advance to the state-of-the-art of traditional espresso, ExtractMoJo now supports an advanced espresso mode, assisting the barista to more quickly dial-in corrections to protocols -in the right direction- often nailing the shot in the second effort.

Specialty Coffee enthusiasts and professionals share a commitment to excellence and a desire to serve truly great coffee the world over. The accepted standard for brewing both in Europe and the U.S. is the Gold Cup Standard, as promoted by the SCAE and the SCAA.
